People often say, “Letting the body become cold” is not good. In order to pursue good health, this is a very good idea. So, why is it not good to let the body become cold? In simple terms, cold energy causes harm to the body and the mitochondria no longer produce life energy. This is the actual harm caused to the body when cold. Humans in modern life are threatened by “cold” that have never been experienced before in history. The most typical of the so-called “cold” culture, is the “active hypothermia.”The total energy of the sixty trillion cells that constitute the human body and the energy that they produce will be reflected in the human body temperature. People with low body temperature or cold hands and feet indicate that their cell activity has decline. This is the reason modern society is afflicted with various suffering from illnesses.
There was once some youths from a high school baseball club who also practised fitness that came to hospital for a medical treatment, surprisingly their body temperature was around 35oC. They were neither elderly nor sick, but well-built muscular men. Rightfully, they should not be related to low
body temperature. Initially. If you have children who are active in exercise, please check their body temperature. They can often drink a lot of cold water or take sports supplements, and also open their mouth wide during exercise. Right after sweating, they will use air conditioners or fans to cool down their body. Also not forgetting, to use cold ice packs on the muscles that they often use. If this is done during exercise, breathing through the mouth and eating “cold” foods in daily life and on top of that not allowing the bones to rest and other factors, this will surely lead to low body temperature. Most people think that exercise can improve health. But, if they exercise in this way it is more likely to make the body sick. Despite constant exposure to the threat of cold, fortunately we still live in a rich and warm society where people can relax and have a cup of hot tea and hot water. We are the pioneers to take full advantage of the rich warm energy in human history. This is a very good opportunity for us to welcome the “warm culture,” so that we can live in an era of healthy body and mind.
