Anthony Monteith has a B.SC (Hons) and graduated from Sunderland University in 1995. Over the last 25 years Anthony has become an expert in Physical Therapy, Tui Na, Acupuncture, and Qi Gong both as a therapist and as a teacher. He has established several busy practices in Dublin. He has regularly travelled to China to upgrade his expertise and holds a special interest in preserving classical medicine.

Anthony has a specialism in the treatment of muscular pain, digestive discomfort, and fertility issues, combining his knowledge and expertise over several disciplines. Anthony has taught both graduate and undergraduate courses for the last 10 years in both Ireland and the UK. He is the founder of the INMI, and its academic principal.
Eoin Murphy has been a qualified acupuncturist for 5 years and holds both a Tui Na diploma and a TCM (Traditional Chinese Medicine) diploma, under which he studied both acupuncture and Chinese herbal medicine. As soon as Eoin qualified in TCM he began studying Tui-Na intensely with Tuina Therapy Ireland. It was with Tui na Therapy Ireland that Eoin travelled to China to see and work within a busy TCM hospital in Hang Zhou, China. Eoin is always interested in furthering his education and currently in clinical practice he merges several styles of acupuncture, tui-na, muscle energy techniques and Qigong. Eoin has a passion for hands on teaching methods and is always on the lookout for effective techniques that help a practitioner to deliver results quickly.
Edel Ryan has been a student of Chinese medicine since 2006, and has been practicing since 2011 . Edel achieved advanced training with Anthony Monteith in the field of Tui na and also has specialist skills in the field of Acupuncture. Edel holds Clinics in Limerick and Co.Clare, and always welcomes students, and believes in learning through practical understanding. A must for students to have hands on experience. Edel has specific interests which include Orthopedic Medicine , transforming stress, IVF / Pregnancy support. For nearly 20 years Dan has been studying and working with a variety of complementary health systems including Shiatsu,Traditional Thai Massage, Holistic massage, Hypnotherapy, Western Herbalism and Qi Gong. Dan is the technical delegate for Qi Gong with the INMI. Dan Has also worked with Craniosacral Therapy as wonderful and gentle balancing treatment. It can support and enhance other treatment approaches and is a very effective therapy. Dan has worked with women throughout pregnancy, and also with babies and young children. Dan is also a senior instructor at the collage of Elemental Chi Kung. Dan believes that Qi Gong (Chi Kung) offers the individual the opportunity to really learn about themselves. How to look at and listen to their own body. Combining physical exercise and breathing techniques, and the philosophy of change. Developing a calmer more balanced outlook and a stronger and healthier body. Dan will be running multi-layered workshops around Ireland with the INMI, focusing on regaining health through changing our consciousness.
Dr Shane Murnaghan joins us as an honorary lecturer and technical advisory of bio-mechanical medicine. Shane has studied with the finest, and attributes a lot of his skills to self development and raising of the spirit. His first medicine teacher was Soke Hatsumi one of the finest martial teachers in the world. Since this first meeting, Shane used his innate skill set ,wisdom, and thirst for knowledge to create a new paradigm of medicine. Shane joins us to ensure that we shine brightly with truth, intent and integrity. He is a Doctor of TCM, an expert in Japanese Medicine protocols, and bio mechanical genius, with a massive database of treatments under his belt. He has a specialism in back pain and spinal orthopaedic medicine. Mainly he is a humanist and understands the survival mechanisms in humans, he embodies becoming free free of the daily trappings. He is a motivational and inspirational leader . We are blessed to have him aboard.
Paul Robin is Head of the College of Chinese Medicine London (TCM faculty) and Chairman of the Acupuncture Society. Paul has been teaching and practicing Traditional Chinese Medicine for over 20 years. He was trained in the Fook Sang style by Dr Ac Bernard Kai Lam Lee (who was a TCM specialist brought over from China by the British Acupuncture Association) and qualified in 1987. Paul was Dr Lee’s full time apprentice and assistant for 9 years during which time he conducted research and lectured at the Fook Sang courses held at Imperial College and was President of the Fook Sang Acupuncture and Chinese Herbal Practitioners Association.
Steve Rogers has studied Healing and Martial Arts for over 20 years, with an aim to pursue authentic, classical styles, teaching and philosophy, to maintain a connection and keep alive ancient wisdom. This journey lead to several extended trips to the Far East and included living with Taoist monks in the Tianshi Temple, Qingcheng Gong, Sechuan Province and with the Longmen Chu’uan Chen Tao at the Qingyang Temple,Chengdu. Steve will be here to run specialist workshops on Classical Chinese medicine, and longevity health approaches from Taoism.
Tim Vukan founded Wushan TCM – Chinese medical network, which is located in Hangzhou (China). Tim started his studies in Gong Fu, Taiji and Qi Gong in Hamburg, Germany, where he had his first teaching experiences. He became fluent in the Chinese language, which has become his third language, along with German and English. Tim is a Chinese medical practitioner who has been educated in China for over 9 years. He is one of the very few foreigners who has completed his undergraduate and graduate studies in Traditional Chinese Medicine at the Zhejiang Chinese Medical University. Honoured as a “superior student” he received his knowledge about TCM directly from Chinese doctors. In 2012, Tim Vukan took part in the national medical exam together with 900 Chinese students. Next to his professional medical career he is a trained martial arts and qi gong instructor with more than 14 years of experience. He is now arranging special TCM courses and treatments with Chinese medicine and helps foreign people to get language translations in Chinese clinics by using Chinese, English and German.
