FINDING OUT IF YOUR BODY IS “COLD” IS THE FIRST STEP TOWARDS GOOD HEALTH
Simple Checklist:
• The Hands and feet are always cold and difficult to warm up
• Occasional headache
• People often say that we look unwell or pale
• Does not like to stay in an air-conditioned room
• Dark circles below the eyes
• Out of breath easily even with a little exercise
• Difficulty in falling asleep
• Wake up during the night to visit the toilet
• Low blood pressure
• Body temperature is below 36 degrees
• Have haemorrhoids
• Had severe neck and shoulder pain
• Have back pain or knee pain
• Easily have diarrhoea or constipation
• Fatigue which cannot be eliminated even with sleep
• Easily irritable
• Lack of drive or concentration
• Difficulty in getting up in the morning, easily anaemic
• Do not sweat even in summer/hot weather
• After getting up in the morning, the temperature at the lower abdomen is lower than under the armpit
• Abnormally painful when bending the earlobes
Women
• Have severe menstruation pain or irregular flow
• Uncomfortable premenstrual symptoms
From the checklist, as long as one of the items is applicable, the person may have started to have “cold” body. If this “cold” is ignored, it may lead to more serious illnesses.
